By using Summit Mobile Detailing’s website and services, customers agree to the following terms and conditions. Service pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and requested services. Appointment times are subject to availability and weather conditions. Summit Mobile Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from vehicles before service. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon. Deposits may be required for certain services. Cancellation requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Summit Mobile Detailing is committed to providing professional mobile car detailing services throughout Ebensburg, Johnstown, Altoona, Indiana PA, and surrounding Pennsylvania areas.
What to include in the T&C document
Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
